The countdown is on for one of Santa Fe’s most beloved traditions—the 34th Annual Santa Fe Wine & Chile Fiesta, happening September 24–28, 2025. What began as a one-day gathering has grown into a five-day showcase of flavor and culture, bringing together more than 55 of Santa Fe’s finest restaurants and over 100 world-class wineries. The action heats up on Chile Friday, September 26, when more than 30 restaurants serve up chile-inspired creations that celebrate the ingredient New Mexico is famous for. Paired with wines, craft beers, and handcrafted margaritas, this event is always a fan favorite and a true taste of Santa Fe.
Then comes the crown jewel of the Fiesta—the Grand Tasting on Saturday, September 27 at Magers Field in Fort Marcy Park. From 11:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., guests can stroll from tent to tent sampling gourmet bites from Santa Fe’s celebrated chefs, matched with wines from around the world. With live music, stunning views, and the city’s unmistakable festive atmosphere, the Grand Tasting is a once-a-year highlight.
