Celebrating 70 Years of Community Service: Del Norte Credit Union’s Anniversary Event
This year marked a momentous milestone for Del Norte Credit Union (DNCU) as they proudly celebrated 70 years of dedicated service to the communities of Northern New Mexico. Established in 1954, DNCU has grown and evolved with the region, steadfastly committed to their mission of improving lives by providing exceptional financial services.
To commemorate this significant anniversary, they hosted a special Member Appreciation Event last Friday, July 12th, at their Midtown Branch in Santa Fe. The event, held in collaboration with the Santa Fe Chamber of Commerce, featured a festive ribbon-cutting ceremony that symbolized not just seven decades of financial service but also their ongoing commitment to the community.
The celebration was a resounding success, filled with food, fun, games, and prizes. Members and guests enjoyed a delightful afternoon from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m., engaging in various activities that highlighted the spirit of community and appreciation. The atmosphere buzzed with excitement as families and friends came together to partake in the festivities, creating a vibrant and joyful setting that perfectly encapsulated the essence of DNCU.
Adding to the excitement, KSWV Radio 99.9FM and 810AM, the people’s favorite radio station, was on hand for a live broadcast of the Member Appreciation Event. Raffle prizes added an extra layer of excitement, with lucky winners taking home fantastic gifts.
