City of Santa Fe Closed on Labor Day

your-paragraph-text-54

The City of Santa Fe will be closed on Monday, September 1, in observance of Labor Day. All city offices and most facilities will not be open, and residential trash and recycling pickup will shift by one day for the rest of the week.

The following services and facilities will be closed:

  • Santa Fe Municipal Court

  • All recreation centers (the Marty Sanchez Links de Santa Fe Golf Course will stay open)

  • All Santa Fe Public Library branches, though book drops will still be available

  • All senior centers

  • Santa Fe Trails, Santa Fe Ride, and the Transit Administration office

The Parking Division will not enforce meter payments on Labor Day. Please note that this applies only to metered street parking—surface lots and garages will still require payment.

For trash and recycling service, there will be no pickup on Monday, September 1. Collection will happen one day later than usual for the rest of the week, so make sure your carts are curbside by 7 a.m. on your rescheduled day. Commercial collection will not be affected.

The City of Santa Fe wishes everyone a safe and enjoyable Labor Day weekend.
