October 31

your-paragraph-text-65

The City of Santa Fe is inviting residents to take part in community discussions about short-term rentals. On Thursday, November 13, the City will host two public engagement sessions to talk about the new short-term rental permitting and tax administration system, called Neumo (formerly Avenu). A virtual webinar will take place from 12:30 to 1:30 p.m., and it will be recorded and shared online afterward. Later that day, an in-person meeting will be held from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. at the Santa Fe Community Convention Center.

Anyone who currently owns, operates, or plans to operate a short-term rental in Santa Fe is encouraged to attend. The City also welcomes residents who are simply interested in learning more or sharing their thoughts about short-term rentals. These meetings are a chance for the community to ask questions, provide feedback, and learn about the upcoming changes.

Registration details will be available soon. To stay informed and get the latest updates, visit the City’s official short-term rental page at santafenm.gov/short-term-rentals.
